Schedule: M-F 7am-3pm

Supervision model with surgeons doing the blocks.

Daily Providers Needed:

• CRNA: 4-5
• MD: 1

Annual Case Mix:

• Ophthalmology: 4,200
• Cataract: 5,000
• Retina: 1,500

4-5 Points of Service

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
