• Coverage Type:Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

• Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

• EMR System: Athena (Clinic), Medhost (Hospital)

• Beds in Department: 8

• Both Inpatient and Outpatient Required.

• Trauma Level - III

Provider Requirements:

• Must be Board Certified.

• License in AZ or IMLC

• PALS and NRP required.
