A fantastic hospital outside of Fort Benton, Montana, is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse Supervisor with openings in their Med/Surg department to join their fantastic team and be part of a staff dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!

Up to $20,000 retention bonus

$7,000 relocation assistance

Pay: $35.00- $52.00/hour

The Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s per week, day shift

Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Participation in the ongoing assessment and evaluation of the quality of patient care services, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve outcomes, and supporting a patient-first philosophy
• Address patient and family complaints, resolve staff disputes, and foster effective communication between staff, physicians, and administration
• Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
  

• Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain before start
  
• Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
  
• Recent med/surg experience preferred
• Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership is highly valued
