Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care to join a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves assessing and treating acute medical conditions, managing trauma cases, and providing critical interventions to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and stabilize patients experiencing medical emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists.
• Care for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and psychiatric cases.
• Ensure compliance with emergency nursing best practices and hospital policies.
• Document patient conditions and treatment plans accurately.

Required Certifications:

• Active RN License (Maryland)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
