Patient Services Representative - Medical Office Epic EMR
Location: Chestnut Hill, MA - FREE PARKING Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts Pay: 47-54K salary ($22-26/hr)

What you get to do:
Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
Manage provider schedules and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries, intake paperwork, and insurance documentation.
Collect co-payments, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist patients with care coordination across different healthcare systems.
Maintain organized patient records, scan documents, and manage office correspondence.
Utilize Epic and Microsoft Office for scheduling and documentation.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
