Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Wellness Center

Location: Victorville, CA

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical annual wellness visits
• Utilize chronic condition codes for documentation
• Review patient history, ensure Medicare compliance
• Manage 12 patients/day, 30-minute slots

Requirements:

• 2+ years of primary care experience
• Valid NP/PA license
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines

Compensation:

• Total: $160,000 - 170,000
