Additional Info: Responsibilities Include: - Patient appointments with diagnoses and treatment of chronic pain and orthopedic conditions- Coordination of care and referral to related specialties such as neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology, and psychiatry- Providing wellness services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients- Ordering diagnostic tests, imaging review, interpreting lab results including drug screens and medication management - Ordering procedures including joint injections, spinal injections, RFA, SCST, etc. - Performs minor proceduresYou'll enjoy:- A physician-led and professionally - managed medical group where providers drive strategy, vision, and project implementation.- Busy practice, high demand for Pain Medicine interventions including injections and neuromodulation - Ease of coordination of care with primary care and many other specialties-Minimum of 1 year experience in pain medicine required
