Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Locum Tenens-IN

Scope of Work:

• Provide Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare for client s employees and families
• Sole practitioner role, requiring independent work and comprehensive patient care
• Works with a support staff of 1-2 MA's

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license, ID State License
• Current BLS certification and DEA/CSR registration

EMR: Proficiency in Athena if highly preferred
