Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for April 8, 9, & 10 at their Corporate Health center in Salt Lake City, UT. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are 8:00am-12:00pm on April 8, 9:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break on April 9, and 1:00pm-5:00pm on April 10. Provider must have 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
