Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

What You Will Need

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing holding a certificate of Advanced Nurse Practitioner or holding a certificate of Physician Assistant Certified.

Experience: Previous clinical experience in all nursing areas preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Current P.A.-C registration and license in the State of Illinois or current F.N.P. registration and license in the State of Illinois. Current BLS certification. ACLS and PALS preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly Range - $55.75/hr - $66.00/hr

Incentives:

Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Bonus:

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
