Other Details: The provider will round, admit, consult, and administer medication for both oncology and hematology patients, with outpatient oncologists available for support. Required credentials include Board Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology (IM not accepted), an active Idaho license, CSR, DEA, BLS, a clean background/malpractice history, and COVID vaccination. The facility prefers local candidates. Providers must have all documentation, immunization records, case logs, references, and CME history ready for credentialing.
