EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. ACLS, PALS and TNCC required. One (1) year recent ICU experience or three (3) years of strong acute care experience preferred.
