This particular opening is in the Crown Point section of Northwest Indiana. Currently considering Part-Time and Full-Time candidates, with full benefits for both. • Locations: Crown Point, IN
• Schedule: Full Time: 12 Shifts per month Part Time: 8-10 Shifts per month
• Benefits: Full benefits for both Full Time and Part Time
• Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm
• Procedures: Typical Urgent Care
• EMR: Docutap
• Requirements: Must be board certified in FM or IM, must be licensed in IN.
