Urgent Care opening in Wisconsin - Located in Baldwin, WI - Minneapolis 45m - Full-time, permanent positionDescription:Our ideal candidate will provide casual coverage for our on-site Urgent Care, delivering treatments and consultations as part of a Physician/Advanced Practice Provider team. They will work in an outpatient setting and be capable of performing independently. Additionally, they will serve as an educator, case manager, and consultant to staff and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency training programBoard certification in Family, Internal Medicine if applicable.Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice.Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin.Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.Urgent Care Hours:Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pmSaturdays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pmHolidays: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
