Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 10/01/2024
Preferred Schedule: 7a-4p, Mon-Fri (current priority are Mondays & Fridays)
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted KY license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
