As a member of our GenAI team, you will play a key role in using code generating AI agents to supercharge application development using the latest LLM models. Collaborating with a diverse group of experts, you will be at the forefront of AI research and development, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Your primary focus will be on building web applications for complex financial workflows, leveraging AI for coding the applications as well as user-facing help within the application.
Responsibilities: • Develop best practices for integrating AI coding agents into the software development lifecycle.
• Build complex financial web apps.
• Build user-facing GenAI agents and workflows for in-app help.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and technologies, integrating the best into our existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and
continuously improve AI capabilities.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Web app development with React or equivalent modern framework.
• SaaS software delivery and lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and agentic techniques.
• Familiarity with investment management industry and concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of FinTech, especially investment accounting, is a plus.
