Director, Site Engagement

Piper Companies is looking for a Director, Site Engagement to join a leading specialty care company for an onsite/travel-based role based in the NJ/NY/CT/PA areas . The Director, Site Engagement will be responsible for traveling approximately 75% of the time to support in full revenue cycles .

Responsibilities for the Director, Site Engagement:

Act as Revenue Cycle leader and manage revenue cycle needs for assigned group in NJ/NY/CT/PA area

Utilize current team and central billing office (CBO) partners as well as other support lanes

Responsible for metric accountability, revenue cycle training, and support and integration activities

Train and foster revenue cycle process in both large group settings and 1:1 basis

Analyze top 5 key RCO performance indicators to identify and provide resolution-oriented action plan with follow-up expectations

Qualifications for the Director, Site Engagement:

5+ years of experience in upper management/director level role

Refined understanding of and ability to articulate the Revenue Cycle process from beginning to end

Ability to prep and present revenue cycle metrics, action plans, and overall performance at group as well as local level

Must be able to meet travel requirements within NJ/NY/CT/PA areas

Bachelor's degree in related field or 10 years RCO specific experience required

Compensation for the Director, Site Engagement:

$125,000 to $135,000 commensurate on experience

Bonus up to 25% of annual base pay
