What We're Looking For:
Licensed LPN: A valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey is required.
Skilled Nursing Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but we welcome all dedicated professionals.
Your Role as an LPN:
Compassionate Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies in a thoughtful, resident-centered way.
Tailored Care Plans: Execute individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality wound care, treatments, and procedures with attention to detail.
Accurate Documentation: Keep thorough and precise records of observations, treatments, and evaluations.
Respect & Confidentiality: Uphold residents' privacy and confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
