Radiant Kids Therapy currently has openings for full-time or part-time Occupational Therapists to add to our amazing OT team. We are looking for an excellent Occupational Therapist who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.
We see all of our young clients in-home. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas, closest to where you live . Our therapists see clients within reasonable driving distances from their starting point, and our amazing Scheduling Team is great at planning the most efficient schedules possible, always aiming for minimal drive times between sessions.
Central San Diego area
Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas
Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.
Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.
Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas
East County area
South Bay area
We offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, mentorship, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.
We are currently looking for licensed therapists who are:
Licensed in the state of California (or will be soon)
Previous clinical experience with kids
Available for at least 6 hours/week (if part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Have good physical stamina and mental health
Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family
Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company
Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!
Compensation
Part-time hourly positions range from $56 - $72 per service hour, depending on experience & qualifications. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $78,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Generous bonus structures make it feasible to earn an additional +$6,000-12,000+/year on top of your salary. Specialty stipends are available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or feeding specialist certification. All positions are W-2 employee with excellent benefits.
