Salary: $90,000 - $135,000/yr. (plus a differential draw for year one plus sales commission, 2% of the revenue sale)
Schedule: 1st shift
Remote with 50% travel - preferred location Pacific Northwest but not required.
Regional Sales Manager responsibilities:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts through organized daily schedules.
- Tailor sales presentations based on sales outlet types and customer needs.
- Target sales efforts by analyzing dealer volume and potential.
- Submit orders referencing price lists and product literature.
- Keep management updated with activity reports, including daily calls, work plans, and territory analyses.
- Monitor competition, gather market information, and suggest improvements in products and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration with 2-3 years of sales experience in the energy sector.
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Green Energy products and services and willingness to travel as needed.
