Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel environment
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-outlet scratch kitchen
• Banquet and event planning experience essential
• Butchering and menu development experience required
• Successfully manage special events, menu rollouts, etc.
• Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
