About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Franchise Development to play a key role in its rapid expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees across the Northwest, with a specific focus on several states and Canadian provinces. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise development, a proven track record in franchise sales and territory growth, and a deep understanding of the industry. The VP will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic growth plans, ensuring the successful onboarding and support of new franchise owners, and leading the franchise development team to achieve sales and growth targets. Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills are essential to collaborate with the executive team and to align franchise development strategies with the company's goal of becoming the dominant healthy fast-casual franchise in North America. Applicants for the VP of Franchise Development position at the company must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise development and/or real estate, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in franchise sales and territory growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth, who can lead the expansion of the franchise across the specified regions.
