About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales Specialist for Testing to lead and oversee the AMER Sales Specialist organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the go-to-market strategy, with a specific focus on test automation products. This role involves hiring, onboarding, developing, and mentoring a regional sales specialist and solution engineering team, as well as working closely with sales leadership to define strategic initiatives and align business direction. The ideal candidate will be an active, hands-on leader with outstanding presales skills, capable of communicating the value proposition to a diverse range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of development and retention within the presales team, providing hands-on leadership and mentoring, and assisting in both direct and indirect sales motions. The role also requires the ability to influence customer decisions, validate proposed solutions, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external resources. The candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, experience in an enterprise sales environment, and a background in selling software testing and test automation tools. Experience in RPA and/or BPO is desirable, as is a minimum of four years of industry-related experience and two years in a relevant presales leadership capacity. The role demands exceptional communication skills, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
