About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Internal Partnerships and Strategic Programs to enhance collaboration and establish a robust internal partner strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering partnerships between various sales and services teams, with a focus on increasing paid attendance at conferences and supporting the delivery of must-win prospects to these events. This role involves cross-education, process creation, and program development to ultimately boost client retention and NCVI. The VP will also lead high-impact strategic programs, manage workstreams, and ensure exceptional execution at scale by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder interests. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 15 years' of global business experience, preferably in commercial roles within the technology or end-user sector. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in driving strategies, solving problems, and a strong acumen in commercial business, sales, and sales leadership. Key competencies include exceptional communication, the ability to influence stakeholders, and strong project management skills. The VP will be expected to travel occasionally and must be adept at setting and measuring strategic goals, as well as aligning training needs with business objectives.
