About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Advancement Data and Technology to lead the strategic evolution of CRM, business intelligence tools, and related systems. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's or MBA, and at least 7 years' experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise management. The role requires a solid understanding of CRM and business intelligence technology solutions, data structures, and agile project management. Experience in a similar setting, such as higher education, healthcare, or non-profit, is also preferred. The Executive Director will be expected to supervise a small team and must have a proven track record of leadership and managerial experience.
