About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Member Relations to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to strengthen and evolve partnerships with member institutions and partners, ensuring that they derive exceptional value from the company's products and services. This role involves overseeing a team, driving a strategic vision for member engagement, and fostering the adoption of innovative solutions. The VP of Member Relations will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure member feedback informs product strategy and manage the Applications Advisory Committee to align offerings with member needs. As a key member of the executive team, the VP will shape corporate strategy, advance a culture of inclusivity, and represent the organization in industry forums. Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in customer service, account management, and/or constituent relations, with at least 10 years' in a people management position. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in the college admission process, managing account management and customer service teams, and a strong knowledge of the higher education industry and market trends. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to make critical decisions, influence stakeholders, and lead the team through challenging situations. A passion for higher education is a plus, and the candidate should be adept at managing change, motivating teams, and driving towards strategic goals.
