About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Network Operations to lead the design, implementation, and management of its provider network strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing teams dedicated to provider data management, network monitoring, and performance management, with a focus on ensuring the quality, compliance, and operational efficiency of the provider network. This role involves driving network optimization, collaborating with executive stakeholders, and leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions that align network performance with organizational goals. The VP will also be instrumental in establishing standards and protocols for data management, developing KPIs, and leading strategies for real-time monitoring of provider performance. Applicants for the Vice President of Network Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare provider network operations, with a strong emphasis on provider data management, network performance, and process improvement. A proven track record of at least 10 years in a leadership capacity and 5 years' experience with health information systems, data governance, and reporting tools is required. The role demands a leader who can build and maintain a Provider Network Center of Excellence, drive consistency in workflows, and serve as a key partner in developing long-term strategies for network operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, be adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with external providers and vendors, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
