About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for CCMR and Enrichment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the coherent design and implementation of practices, curriculum, professional development, and assessment aligned with the company's initiatives and goals. This role involves providing direct leadership in the development and implementation of processes to enhance staff knowledge and skills, as well as ensuring that educational practices are effective and efficient, and support student achievement. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the development and delivery of various programs, including career and technical education, collegiate academics, fine arts, and health and physical education, and must maintain effective partnerships with the community to enhance student learning experiences. Applicants must have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university, with a preference for those eligible for a valid Texas teaching certification and a valid Texas mid-management or principal certification. A minimum of 6 years of experience in education is required, including 3 years of classroom teaching and 3 years of supervisory experience as a principal or central administrator. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in educational leadership, program management, and a deep understanding of current teaching methods, curriculum development, and assessment practices. The Executive Director will be expected to have excellent skills in staff supervision, budget management, and the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships. The position also requires the ability to travel as necessary and to work both independently and as part of a team to support the company's vision for student success.
