About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Chief Pharmacy Officer to lead and transform its pharmacy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, and supervision of pharmacy programs and business offerings, with a focus on operational excellence, clinical service quality, and financial performance. This executive-level role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in pharmacy operations, including retail, specialty, and clinical modeling. The VP, CPO will also be accountable for pharmacy fiscal management, drug utilization, and supply chain management, and will collaborate with executive and senior leaders to align with the company's strategic plan. Candidates for the VP, Chief Pharmacy Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with a Master's degree in a health-related field or business administration preferred. A minimum of 10 years of senior health-system pharmacy leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing large budgets. The role demands a leader with a passion for advancing pharmacy patient care services, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to lead transformational changes and ensure regulatory compliance. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree and residency training in health system pharmacy administration are also desirable qualifications.
