About the Role

Candidates for the Chief AI Officer position at the company should have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years' experience in data science, AI, and analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and AI technologies is essential, as is experience in algorithmic governance and the application of AI in a healthcare setting. The role demands strong leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work across clinical, technical, and administrative teams. The Chief AI Officer will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends in data science and AI, and to ensure that the organization's AI initiatives are in line with its mission and values, contributing to the improvement of patient care and operational processes.
