About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief AI Officer to lead the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping a future-centric AI vision that aligns with the organization's goals, leading the data science and AI program, and ensuring the ethical and effective application of AI technologies. This role requires a proven track record in data science, AI, and analytics, with a focus on enhancing clinical and patient outcomes. The Chief AI Officer will also be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing data science and AI team, fostering a culture of innovation, and partnering with various stakeholders to integrate AI into the organization's operations. Candidates for the Chief AI Officer position at the company should have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years' experience in data science, AI, and analytics, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and AI technologies is essential, as is experience in algorithmic governance and the application of AI in a healthcare setting. The role demands strong leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work across clinical, technical, and administrative teams. The Chief AI Officer will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends in data science and AI, and to ensure that the organization's AI initiatives are in line with its mission and values, contributing to the improvement of patient care and operational processes.
