About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its inaugural HR Consulting Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of Senior HR Consultants to provide a wide range of strategic and operational HR services to clients. This includes HR strategy development, transformation support, process efficiencies, compliance reviews, talent management, and culture-building assignments. The role demands a professional with at least 15 years of HR experience at a senior level, a strong background in driving HR operational efficiencies, and a deep understanding of the employment market. The Vice President will also be involved in client relationship management, and business development, and must be adept at engaging with clients to present the company's value proposition. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, with a Master's degree preferred, and a proven track record of coaching and guiding clients. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, and a passion for developing and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in HR, possess client acumen, and be comfortable representing the company at industry events.
