About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Digital Manufacturing within the Global Customer Success organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large, globally distributed technical team to ensure the success of digital manufacturing customers in adopting and using the company's products and solutions. This role requires a strong background in product manufacturing, with experience in manufacturing transformation and digitalization being advantageous. The VP will be tasked with setting the team's direction, developing and mentoring the international team, and driving a customer-centric culture. They must have a deep understanding of the complex nature of digital manufacturing solutions and the customer environments in which they are deployed. The role also involves building accountability for the customer experience, driving awareness of revenue-generating opportunities, and leading the technical success organization through a transition to cloud-based solutions.
