About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the strategic development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing undergraduate admissions, student financial aid, and the registrar, with a focus on promoting institution-wide recruitment, retention, and completion initiatives. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in enrollment management, a deep understanding of tuition revenue, and the ability to leverage financial aid effectively. The Vice President will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and community groups, to ensure transparency, and information sharing, and to build partnerships that support the enrollment process. A commitment to inclusion, access, and the welfare of students is essential, as is the ability to make data-informed decisions and to enhance enrollment processes through the use of technology and innovative strategies. Candidates for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a Master's degree (Doctorate preferred) and a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior leadership role within education or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, goal attainment, and a creative approach to problem-solving. They must be adept at using data to inform decision-making and be technologically savvy, particularly in the areas of enrollment systems and digital media strategies.
