About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Oncology Services and Cell and Gene Therapy to lead and oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the oncology and cell and gene therapy programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining the program's excellence and fiscal health, and fostering its growth. This pivotal role involves strategic and business planning, budget management, and the development of new programs. The Executive Director will also be expected to lead the program in achieving key performance metrics, including volume growth, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in oncology services leadership. The role requires strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development, financial management, and a basic knowledge of clinical care. Responsibilities include policy development, staff training, and ensuring the program's compliance with all relevant standards. The Executive Director will be expected to earn the trust of the medical staff, work closely with the medical director, and be an integral part of the leadership team.
