About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Regional Business Sales Manager for the Northern Region. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, sales performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in commercial lending. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending, sales management, and team leadership, with a focus on achieving commercial loan growth and profitability targets. Applicants for the VP, Regional Business Sales Manager position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree highly desirable. A minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial lending, including a proven track record in managing and closing commercial loans, is required. The role demands a leader with previous experience in a supervisory position within a financial institution, proficiency in loan structuring, and a strong understanding of commercial lending practices, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
