About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Finance and Administration to join its mission-driven, experienced, and collaborative leadership team. The CFO/VPFA will be expected to effectively steward the company's resources, engage with the university community, and ensure clear and consistent communication of financial information. Professional qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a graduate degree and/or CPA license preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, a leadership style that values collaboration and problem-solving, and a commitment to the values of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition and Catholic Social Teaching.
