About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's agile diversification and market expansion, with a focus on contract manufacturing process disciplines. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvements, ensuring the quality of processes and procedures, and exceeding client-customer expectations. The Vice President of Quality will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing quality systems, supervising a team of quality professionals, and serving as the primary liaison for quality matters between the company and its clients. A strong background in quality management, particularly in an automotive environment, is essential, with a minimum of 15 years' experience and a BS degree in a relevant field. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should be self-motivated, energetic, and possess a track record of professionalism, integrity, and loyalty. The role requires a leader with a continuous improvement mindset, adept at problem-solving and with a strong knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and TS16949. Experience in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and AIAG Core Tools is necessary, as is the ability to manage supplier quality and ensure high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to travel as required.
