About the Role

The Company is seeking a Fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in the oversight and execution of medical aspects related to the first-in-human trials of an exciting new product. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the strategic and hands-on activities of a CMO, including engaging with investors, participating in conferences, and exploring partnerships for product development. This is a part-time, remote position with a significant level of flexibility, particularly in the early-stage environment of the company. The role is well-suited to a professional who is adaptable and can work closely with a small, experienced team. As the Fractional CMO, the primary focus will be on the medical and clinical aspects of the trial, as well as the management of relationships with key opinion leaders and the work of the contract research organizations.
