About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel and Director for its Global Privacy Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global privacy office, providing expert advice on a wide range of privacy and data protection matters, and designing and implementing privacy-centric processes to mitigate risk across the enterprise. This role involves managing a team of privacy professionals, collaborating with various corporate functions and business sectors, and representing the company's approach to privacy in external engagements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in advising on privacy and data protection compliance, with a strong focus on risk assessment and communication. Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel and Director, Global Privacy Office position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in privacy and data protection compliance. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in effectively assessing and communicating risk, as well as designing and implementing privacy-centric processes.
