About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Business Unit Leader (BUL) to join their team. The BUL will be responsible for leading and managing multiple project teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for clients and ensuring the profitability of the business unit. This role requires the individual to have a strong background in commercial construction and general contracting, as well as the ability to identify and pursue project opportunities, define winning strategies, and ensure that projects are executed in alignment with the company's risk tolerance. The successful candidate will be a champion of safety, uphold the company's values, and work to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Business Unit Leader position at the company will have a four-year degree with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business, or equivalent work experience. Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The role demands a commitment to the company's values, including the relentless pursuit of client trust and the delivery of exceptional experiences. The BUL will also be involved in strategic planning, financial management, and team development, and must be adept at using a variety of software systems.
