About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Product Management to lead the product management organization within the IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of technology products, from conception to launch and beyond, with a primary focus on enhancing the digital customer experience, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving business growth through technology. This executive role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development efforts align with business objectives and customer needs. The VP will also be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy, leading and mentoring a team of product managers, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Candidates for the VP of IT Product Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in IT product management or related roles, including at least 10 years in a leadership capacity, is required. The role demands a visionary leader who is results-oriented, collaborative, and an excellent problem solver. Key technical skills include business transformation, IT business solutions, process synthesis, product development lifecycle, work management, and customer insight. Leadership skills such as collaboration, conflict resolution, decision-making, leading change, and the ability to motivate others are also essential. Prior experience in the retail industry and relevant certifications such as CSPO or PMP are highly desirable.
