About the Role

The Company is embarking on a significant three-year Humanities Initiative to advance and enrich humanities research, education, and public engagement. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in this transformative process, working closely with the Faculty Director to shape and implement the academic and intellectual direction. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day operations, personnel management, budget and financial management, and representing the initiative in both academic and public spheres. Applicants for the Executive Director position within the Humanities Initiative at the company should hold a PhD and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree in a humanities field. Essential qualifications include the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary academic environment, strong organizational and management skills, and a proven track record in project planning.
