About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Quality Assurance and Specialized Review. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's mission to reshape the future of quality assurance in the KYC (Know Your Customer) space. This role is pivotal in overseeing the sampling and testing of customer KYC profiles, particularly those with unique AML (Anti-Money Laundering) risk factors. The Vice President will be responsible for leading a team of senior analysts, developing and managing a testing coverage strategy, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in AML/KYC compliance, audit, or operations management, and possess a BS/BA degree (an MBA or other graduate degree is a plus). Key responsibilities include soliciting input from stakeholders to define a targeted testing strategy, delivering KYC QA program improvements, and maintaining a team of strong KYC subject matter experts. The role demands a professional with strong client focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide expert AML and KYC guidance. The Vice President will also be expected to contribute to the development of training content and to combine superior KYC policy knowledge with strong operational and quality assurance execution.
