About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Healthcare Director who will serve as the CEO of an individual clinic in a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of executive duties, including owning the P&L, guiding and developing the leadership team, and ensuring the quality of care delivery. This role requires a strong focus on compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning and initiatives to enhance operational best practices. Applicants for the Executive Healthcare Director position must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing successful programs for vulnerable seniors, along with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in health or social services, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex clinical operations, including P&L management, and experience in driving initiatives to improve the patient experience. The role demands a leader with a strong mentoring and development background, who is adept at using data to drive decision-making and project management.
