This includes ensuring the security and efficient scalability of the technology infrastructure, improving operational efficiency through the use of various IT solutions, and overseeing all aspects of technology, from infrastructure to digital solutions and network security. The role also involves leading and mentoring the IT team, managing the IT budget, and optimizing technology investments. Applicants for the Vice President, Technology position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in IT leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity best practices, as well as experience in managing a global IT department.
