About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance and accounting activities and serve as a key business partner to the CEO and senior management team. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and cash flow. This role also involves supporting the evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisition opportunities, as well as providing analytical and operational support for profit-enhancing tasks. The CFO will also be expected to ensure compliance with reporting requirements, establish and maintain internal controls, and support the development of the company's IT infrastructure to meet the needs of the finance and accounting function. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a finance leadership role, with a preference for those who have worked in a value-added distribution or service business, and prior experience with a private equity-backed company. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be detail-oriented yet strategic, and have a hands-on, data-driven, and KPI-oriented approach. The role requires a down-to-earth, collaborative, high-energy, and results-driven individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. A BS degree in accounting or finance is required, with an MBA and/or CPA being a plus.
