This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and driving annual recurring revenue growth in the B2B SaaS sector. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in the go-to-market strategy for new product offerings, with a focus on data solutions, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' of sales leadership experience and at least 5 years' of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with a background in commercial real estate, banking, or related industries. The role requires a strong leader with excellent coaching abilities, capable of mentoring a high-performing sales team and driving consistent achievement of sales targets.
