About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations with a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that is in line with the company's goals. This strategic role involves fostering relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and requires a deep understanding of the industry, as well as experience in financial communications and corporate finance. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for the investment community, communicating the company's financial performance and strategic vision, and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and corporate governance standards. Applicants for the VP of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications is required, with a proven track record of effectively communicating complex financial information. The role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in managing investor relations teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in a technology-driven field, particularly in the aerospace and/or defense industry, and a strong presence in the analyst community. The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance is also a preferred qualification.
