About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its specialty hospitals, which provide a high level of care for patients with chronic, critically ill, and medically complex conditions. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and overall operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of quality, economical healthcare services. This role involves direct day-to-day management, leadership to meet strategic objectives, and the enforcement of organization-wide policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be tasked with budget development and management, as well as short-range and long-range planning to maintain a financially sound organization. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a clinical specialty, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years senior-level experience in healthcare administration, particularly in a hospital setting, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in facility operations management, human resources management, and/or finance, with prior experience in sales, marketing, or public relations being strongly preferred. The CEO must be well-versed in JCAHO, local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and possess the ability to work effectively with management teams and employees in a multi-site environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate fluently in English are also essential.
