About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of CRA/CDFI to lead the planning and execution of Community Reinvestment Act and Community Development Financial Institution initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving CDFI objectives, leading a team to ensure timely and accurate impact-related reporting, and managing CDFI initiatives for various funding sources. This role requires the development and implementation of innovative strategies that support CDFI and CRA initiatives, as well as collaboration with department leaders to meet the company's goals. The Director will also serve as the primary point of contact for the board of directors, executive leadership, and key stakeholders on all aspects of CDFI, ECIP, and CRA projects. Candidates for the Director position must have a high school degree or GED, with a 4-year college degree in a business-related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in CDFI and/or large bank CRA is required, along with a superior skill set in Microsoft Office applications and a deep understanding of loan products and available data. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in managing regulatory change, and an intermediate-advanced level of Excel proficiency is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate personal integrity, uphold the company's values, and adhere to ethical business practices.
